Support, Resistance, and Trend
Prices tend to 'remember' certain levels - not magically, just because real buyers and sellers showed up there before.
Support is a price level where a stock has repeatedly stopped falling in the past - enough buyers stepped in there before that traders watch it as a likely floor again.
Resistance is the mirror image: a level where a stock has repeatedly stopped rising, because enough sellers showed up there before.
The trend is simply the general direction price has been heading - up, down, or sideways - over a given stretch of time. Most strategies (including BullYeah's own Trend pillar) work WITH the prevailing trend rather than trying to fight it.
