It's honest about its own limits: it's not a scanner of the entire market, just this one curated basket - the page says so explicitly rather than implying broader coverage than it actually has.
Membership on the Official list only changes at scheduled publish times (not on every score wiggle), while the scores and prices shown for listed names keep updating live between publishes - 'picks are timestamped, scores are live.'
